The location was perfect and the way they have built the apartments is really cool. There are multiple pools and also other facilities for entertainment. They have their own bar and restaurant as well. The free breakfast was a good add on. There were plenty of salads, breads , fruits, coffee and juices to fill your stomach at the start of the day.

The tv (basic flat screen tv) was not working and also there was no wifi in the room. Their wifi has a strong signal only around the reception area. Although there was a kitchen with sufficient utensils, the pantry was completely empty. So if you want to have coffee or cook something late at night bring the necessary stuff in advance before the markets close

For the price we paid it was great.

We had a room which looked at the ocean and was amazing. Very good position and nice room with everything we needed. There was even a lemon water dispenser near the reception, unfortunately it was removed after 2 day of our stay which was very disappointing.

For the price we paid everything was acceptable. It was a little dated and lots of small repairs were needed around the room (like squeaky doors and peeling paint) we only had 3 chairs for a family of 4 in the room but never mind. And the fact that they removed the lemon water was disappointing but again for the price it was ok. I would have liked to be able to fill our water bottles from dispensers around the hotel but there were none.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good - superb location close to the beach, loads of restaurants nearby, lovely sea view from the balcony - overall very good value for money, if you fancy a cheap trip to Tenerife, this is definitely a hotel you want to consider.

Pool opening hours and temperature leave some things to be desired, Wi-Fi was basically not working, steep hill was no problem for us but could be for elderly people. Facilities and rooms could use a refresh

Okay for the price

Everything was clean, the staff very friendly and good location. It is not far to walk to the beach as well as restaurants, shops and bus stop.

The beds were not very comfortable and you could barely sit on the couch for more than 10minutes. There was no dishwashing soap and brush/swamp for the dishes.

The location and breakfast was good, the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, I had a huge apartment for myself and I had all I needed. The storage room is very useful.

The mattress was too soft, the kitchen lacks utensils, cooking pans are all old and scratched and it would be good to have a sponge and dish soap to do the dishes at least, as well as salt and pepper and cooking oil. If you really want to cook a simple meal, you have to buy a lot of stuff which is not worth it if you only stay a few days. Also why do you have to pay a deposit for a TV remote control? They said it was optional as I could operate the TV with the buttons, but that did. It work. I was not interested in watching TV anyway but it would be nice to have the option.

we love tge fact that it was friendly welcoming and we could also see maintenance men making improvements with painting walls floors plants ... we also liked that the workers were so looked after by sharing the restraunts with us.. something you don't normally see ... polite and helpful ... also seemed to be more variety in food than our last few visits but always tasty well cooked and plentiful... 3rd year now and back next year Deb and jamie

It was adequate.

Great localisation, a lot od free parking spots near the hotel. Callao Salvaje is a very quiet, nice town. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are not rooms but rather appartments. The appartments are spacious. There are many wardrobes, big bathroom, large table in a dining room. The appartment was cleaned very often. I found no bedbugs. Many utensils in the kitchen. Many power outlets in the room. Nice plants in the yard.

The food was edible, but very fat and salty. The vegetables were not washed before, I found bugs in the lettuce almost every single day. What's more, even though we were at the hotel in low season, there were too few seats in the restaurant, so we had to wait in long queues often. The breakfast begins very late (at 8 am) so we missed it couple of times because of scheduled trips and tours that started at 8. The furniture and decor of the room/appartment was old and sometimes broken - the toilet flush kept running our whole stay wasting a lot of water (though we reported it few times to the staff), the paint from the bath was coming off. All the time we had problems to set water in the shower to the right temperature. The hot water was gone after couple of minutes so it was ok for a quick shower but we ran out of it when someone wanted to wash hair.

The view was stunning and the apartment was spacious

Could have had more appliances in the kitchen (only a toaster, so had to boil water on the hob) and the food quality could have been better

Had another amazing stay in this hotel staff amazing as always.

Food is good, but not amazing, quiet location, but I have been there before so knew what to expect. I recommend the karaoke bar in the local town. Love the hotel very spacious apartments spread around so not Rows and rows of balconies. This means you can relax and enjoy yourself without worrying about being too loud and also perfect if you want peace and quiet. I enjoyed the hotel because of the freedom and relaxation it brings, but I do not enjoy The hill it’s on.???? can be a bit of a workout. But all in all another great stay at this hotel.

I cannot think of anything that I really did not like. This is why I will always go back to this hotel. The staff do an amazing job and I like the apartments. I have nothing bad to say. The hill can be annoying, but it doesn’t ruin the holiday. It probably does me good.

OK for the price but I won’t be back.

The location was good, short walk to restaurants and dive centre.

Bathroom had no window and no fan. Combined with the ‘no toilet paper in the toilet’ rule, a bin with no lid and the room only cleaned every other day and the smell was inevitable.

"Mixed Experience: Challenging Hill Climb, Limited Amenities, and Transportation Adventures"

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the complex, particularly the pool facilities. Our apartment was conveniently located near one of the three pools available. While the restaurant posed some accessibility challenges for disabled individuals initially, we discovered a shortcut between the apartments with both stairs and 50% disability ramps, making it more manageable. The bar, situated near the main pool, was decent. We appreciated the system of hiring cups for 1 euro, which was refunded upon their return. This efficient approach ensured all cups were accounted for, reducing the workload for the staff. Prices for beverages were reasonable, with a small glass of coke priced at 2 euros and a double local brand vodka and coke at 5 euros. Observing that many guests opted for the all-inclusive package, we chose half board as it met our needs. The provided breakfast and dinner were satisfying, allowing us the flexibility to explore the local area for lunch. The accommodating staff were polite and always willing to assist. Wi-Fi connectivity was strong in the reception area and occasionally accessible by the pool. This convenience added to our overall positive experience at the complex. You could visit the other hotel around you if you prefer not to stay at yours for the entertainment and drinks. One particular hotel we visited had a dj on the rooftop with pool and beatific scenery

Our experience with the hill climb wasn't enjoyable as it was quite tiring, and the shortcuts were tough on the knees. Access for people with disabilities was limited to 50%, making it challenging to navigate the hill with a wheelchair. The WiFi signal in the complex was weak, only reliable near the reception area or occasionally by the pool, depending on the wind direction. The rooms had an outdated design but were still comfortable. Unfortunately, the veranda door kept getting stuck, even after a repair attempt, so we eventually left it slightly open. Without a washing machine, we had to wash our clothes by hand in the sink. The local supermarket was expensive, but a bus ride to Lidl offered more affordable shopping options. Prices for beverages like a small glass of Coke or a local double vodka and Coke were relatively high. Entertainment was only available on Fridays, which was enjoyable, and the bar closed at 23:00, with the possibility of staying later if you were inside before closing time. Taxis were pricey, and we found the bus service to be a better alternative. A bus ride to Siam Park cost a few euros one way, but it's important to know your stops as the bus driver may not assist you, leading to unexpected detours like ending up at the bus garage, as we experienced once. The tv only had a few channels with no remote. When we asked for a remote, we had to hire it for 10 euros, refundable after it returned, and even then, it didn't work.
