Great value for money

I was greeted by the lovely staff on reception. The check in process was smooth and I soon had the key and a map of the complex. The apartment was a good size, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, twin bedroom and balcony. It was all very clean. The complex was quite hard to navigate at first, even with a map, but I eventually found the bar, restaurant and swimming pools. There wasn't a vast choice of food, but enough you won't go hungry. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in the all inclusive, there are no snacks in-between meal times. There was plenty of choice at the bar and nothing was measured. There was no entertainment in the evenings, just music playing in the bar.

The complex is very hilly and there are lots of steps. Everything is spread out. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with mobility issues.

Overall good value for the money.

The sea view from the apartment. Fully equiped kitchen, minus microwave. Some furnishings dated, but importantly cleaned well. Breakfast only booking which i didnt use ,so cant comment.

wi-fi practically non existent. TV Sky News only English Channel Steps and steep slopes everywhere, not suitable for anyone with mobility probs.

Lovely place but not for me as we spent lot of our time in playa de las americas this is more suitable for older people

My apartment was right opposite reception

Although I have given a few negative comments I would not hesitate to holiday again at the blue sea

Our second stay in this hotel. The entrance to this hotel is absolutely outstanding, fitted with air con, modern, check-in goes through very easily and quick with polite workers. As we entered our apartment we were disappointed again. The time must´ve stooped at 1980. Everything is old and has a worn and old smell to it. The kitchen is like from a museum. What was the management doing for the past 5-6 years? Probably nothing, because they didnt bother to invest into a single part of the hotel. During the night we had unwanted visitors (cockroaches) which led to us having to contact the reception with an effective room change. We understand that it´s a hot county where all sorts of bugs can enter but they kept coming. One by one and once they´ve entered the room where I was sleeping I had enough. We were staying in this hotel with high hopes for the second time and we knew what to expect. The one major thing missing was some type of snack during the day and possibly some ice cream. The workers are very kind and do everything for the guests. Big hands down to Luis, he always greated us with a smile and was very helpful on the night of trying to kill all the cockroaches. Please try to consider this review and make some change to make good excellent.

Good Location, 3 pools and option all inclusive. Good food and drinks

Sink was leaking in bathroom, curtain for bath damanged, not comfortable beds to sleep but sofa was nice to sleep (we changed).

Good for a bed and breakfast option, decent apartments.

Plenty of space with three swimming pools. Also getting a place to sit or sunbathe was never a problem. Nice balcony with sea and sunset view. We enjoyed our stay but wished we took a breakfast only option.

All inclusive is not worth it for me as there is only one bar that serves all inclusive drinks and it was not near where we stayed. NO SNACKS! The all inclusive food was avarage and we chose to skip meals to keep variety. We missed some proper fruit (Tenerife grown bananas?) There were orange cut in half and apples. No children animation was a pity.

The room was clean and spacious, the pools were clean and well kept and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Didn't like the steps and it is a bit of a maze.

Very nice outside the property , I really enjoyed it ! Pool and flats very nice! The location good connection by bus but a bit far from las Americas , I recommend to rent the car, you are in the middle of las Americas and lots Gigantes , then you can really enjoy, parking available at the property! For the price i paid I recommend it and I’m sure I’ll return there!

The food! Nice but every morning same things! Next time I’ll take only the place without food included!
